For one of Ukraine’s state enterprises of critical infrastructure, an all-wheel-drive vehicle on a MAN 4×4 truck chassis with a double cab has been delivered. The vehicle is intended for transporting a crew.
Behind the crew cab of the base vehicle, a FASSI F135 series knuckle boom crane (Medium duty series FASSI KMU) has been installed. Key specifications of the crane:
- Max. lifting moment: 13.66 tm
- Maximum lifting capacity: 4,650 kg
- Lifting capacity at maximum outreach: 1,600 kg
- Outreach at maximum lifting capacity: 2.50 m
- Minimum design outreach: 2.50 m
- Rotation angle: 416°
For cargo transport, a platform with aluminum-profile sides was fabricated and installed on the chassis:
- Side dimensions: 4000×2200×400 mm
- The platform consists of cold-formed bent profiles and channels, treated with two-component acrylic primers and anti-corrosion coating.
- Attachment to the frame is of a combined type (ladders, brackets).
- Floor and front side thickness: 3 mm, side and rear sides: 2 mm
- The sides open in 2 directions and to the rear.
