This year in Ukraine, among Palfinger Sany SPC truck crane models mounted on commercial truck chassis from well-known global brands, new models should be noted. For example, specifically at the initiative of Modus LLC for the Ukrainian crane market, the Austrian-Chinese Palfinger Sany brand developed a new crane model — SPC 180 T, as well as several new modifications of 25-ton truck cranes SPC 250 T4/T3.
As the model name indicates, the Palfinger Sany SPC180T truck crane is designed for a maximum lifting capacity of 18 tons. This model is suitable for companies that need crane equipment for medium-duty tasks and do not want to overpay for more powerful truck cranes with a lifting capacity of 25 tons or more. Additionally, this purchase is more economical due to the use of a 4×2 truck chassis as the base: such vehicles are cheaper than 6×4, weigh less, and are more maneuverable in tight work areas due to smaller dimensions.
More details about the new crane model can be found here.
The new models are also offered in the following categories of crane equipment: self-propelled short-base cranes, truck cranes on special chassis, and all-terrain cranes:
- Among short-base Palfinger Sany SRC cranes with a 4×4 wheel formula, designed for lifting capacities of 25, 35, 40, 55, 60, 75, 90, and 120 tons, new models with 30 and 110 tons lifting capacity have been added.
- In the lineup of Palfinger Sany STC truck cranes on special chassis with lifting capacities of 25, 30, 50, 60, and 80 tons, 40-ton cranes have been added, as well as the 60-ton model Palfinger Sany STC 600 T5 with a 5-section boom.
- Among powerful all-terrain Palfinger Sany SAC cranes with lifting capacities of 180 and 220 tons, a “younger” model has appeared — the 60-ton crane Palfinger Sany SAC 600 E.
