The company SANY has updated its line of mobile cranes for public road use. The update affects several models, namely:

First of all, noticeable changes are in the new driver and crane operator cabins. The cabins feature a new ergonomic design. The crane operator cabin is liftable with sliding doors.

Regarding the cranes themselves, the changes are deeper. SANY cranes now use oval-shaped booms made from high-strength steel. The updated cranes are no exception. The increased use of high-strength steel allowed for a reduction in the overall crane weight. The new cranes received extended booms with increased lifting moment, height, and outreach.

The update affected the main components of the crane — hydraulic pumps, valves, winches, etc. All these components became more efficient, increasing the speed of the crane’s main operations. To ensure smooth crane operation, the hydraulic fluid radiators were enlarged.

Crane control is performed using electric joysticks, providing unparalleled smoothness and precision. The operator cabin ergonomics are arranged so that every switch is “at hand.” The crane operator monitors operations on a new large color display.

For the first time in SANY cranes, an ECO-Mode feature has appeared. This function significantly reduces fuel consumption during operation.

Supportive structures play a significant role in increasing lifting height, outreach, and lifting moment.

The driver cabin received a new multimedia center based on Android OS. The driver has access to navigation, radio, music, and a rearview camera. Additional necessary applications can be installed by the driver.
