The Liebherr HTM 805 is a next-generation concrete mixer from the Austrian manufacturer’s 05 series, featuring a nominal drum volume of 8 m³ and a geometric volume of 14.84 m³. Its key advantage is a significantly reduced self-weight compared to previous generations: the standard version weighs 3,650 kg, the Lightweight version — 3,235 kg, and the Super-Lightweight — just 3,110 kg. This allows operators to carry a greater volume of concrete within the permitted axle load limits.

The drum installation height is 2,488 mm with a loading height of 2,464 mm. Improved ergonomics and easy drum cleaning reduce servicing time and enhance daily usability. Direct factory warranty and in-house service support ensure reliable operation throughout the machine’s entire service life.

The deflection of the mixer frame during loading is not taken into account here and may, under certain circumstances, have a negative effect on the volume measured by filling with water. The actual fill capacity of the mixer with concrete depends on its consistency and rheological properties. The topology of the roadway and the quality of the ride affect the maximum loading volume.
