Palfinger SANY SPC180 truck-mounted crane, for which our plant first used a Daewoo truck chassis as a base, has been purchased for municipal services in the Kyiv region.
As previously reported, on the initiative of the Modus plant, the Austrian-Chinese crane brand Palfinger Sany developed a new crane model for the Ukrainian market — SPC 180 T. The Palfinger Sany SPC 180 crane superstructure has a 4-section boom with a length of 9.7 to 31.2 m, a lifting moment of 58.5 t·m, and, as indicated by the model name, a lifting capacity of 18 tons.
The SPC 180, the smallest in lifting capacity in the Palfinger Sany truck crane lineup, will be ideal for customers who need equipment for medium-duty tasks but do not require or cannot afford more powerful (and consequently more expensive) cranes with lifting capacities over 25 tons. Additionally, this choice is more economically reasonable due to the use of a 2-axle budget Daewoo chassis as the base. We are confident that municipal services in Kyiv will appreciate the compact and maneuverable Palfinger SANY SPC180 crane when working in confined areas.
