For a client of MPP «Modus», two flatbed trucks based on Scania P380 LB6×2 HNA chassis with a 6×2 wheel configuration were shipped. The flatbed platforms were manufactured at the company’s production facility in Ukraine.
During the re-equipment of the Scania P380 LB6×2 HNA chassis, the following works were carried out:
- Manufacture of a subframe for mounting the flatbed platform and crane-manipulator unit.
- Manufacture of the flatbed platform. Overall dimensions: 8000×1000×2500 mm. Sides made of aluminum profile, 3 sections on each side. Foldable sides and quick-release supports (fittings from Bozamet, Poland). Front side high. Floor made of ribbed steel. Recessed tie-down rings around the platform perimeter — 8 pcs.
- Manufacture of supports for a tarpaulin.
- Installation of PVC tarpaulin on the roof and side panels.
- Installation of side guards made of aluminum profile on both sides of the truck.
- Mounting of crane-manipulators behind the cabs of the trucks: the flatbed trucks were equipped with an additional lifting mechanism — Fassi F85 B.0.22 crane-manipulator (Italy). Maximum lifting moment 8.26 t·m, maximum hydraulic reach 7.5 m, lifting capacity at maximum/minimum reach 7.5/2 m — 1.045/3.92 t.
